Pamela Edwards, MS, is a professor and instructional designer with over 13 years of experience in psychology and medical office administration education. She holds dual BAs in Psychology and Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Health Psychology. Pamela has developed and taught courses across higher education institutions, using her expertise to design inclusive, learner-centered environments that foster academic success and accessibility.

She is highly proficient in leveraging LMS platforms like Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard, Expand, and Learnfinity, and uses virtual teaching tools such as Zoom, Teams, Engageli, and Yellowdig to create dynamic, collaborative online classrooms. As she continues to evolve her instructional practice, Pamela is now exploring how AI can enhance learning design—using intelligent tools to personalize content, support engagement, and improve learning outcomes at scale.
