About the Founder

AILCN was founded by Dr. Reggie R. Padin, an educator, advisor, and systems thinker with two decades of experience spanning learning and development, higher education, organizational leadership, and workforce transformation.

 

Dr. Padin created AILCN to offer a disciplined, practical alternative to AI hype—one grounded in learning science, organizational reality, and ethical responsibility.
