Hybrid Cohort
(Online + In-Person Immersion)
Format: Online + two-day in-person executive immersion
Duration: 6 months

The Hybrid Cohort combines sustained online engagement with a focused, in-person executive immersion at program kickoff.
This format is intended for leaders who value in-person dialogue and accelerated peer alignment.
