How much does AILCN cost?
Two costs. A one-time $1,495 certification — the 3-day virtual bootcamp — which is required to use the platform and includes your first three months of full-system access. After that, monthly membership: Active at $495/month, Leader at $995/month, or a custom Enterprise arrangement for multi-seat firms. AILCN takes no revenue share. All client billing runs through the platform, and each payment carries a flat 9.1% Platform processing fee, deducted from your payout.
What's the difference between Active ($495), Leader ($995), and Enterprise?
Active is the core operating stack — methodology library, diagnostics, ExpandPro Coach, dashboard, proposal templates, peer network, Deal Exchange Board. Client-facing deliverables carry the ExpandPro brand. Leader unlocks full-system access — the complete operating environment (CRM, deal pipeline, every AI helper, every Workforce Alignment intelligence feature, Marketing module, Scheduling, ExpandLMS, Industry Benchmarks) — and is fully white-labeled to your firm: your logo, your colors, your contact info on every client-facing surface. Enterprise is for firms placing 2+ consultants — org-level dashboard, multi-seat licensing, consolidated billing, dedicated account contact.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Yes — anytime. Your three included months run at the Leader level; at month four, membership continues at Leader ($995/month) unless you downgrade to Active ($495/month) from the billing portal. Move between Active, Leader, and Enterprise as your practice scales, with no long-term commitment. Your client data, methodology library access, and historical deliverables remain available throughout.
Do I need to be certified to use the platform?
Yes. Certification is required — every consultant completes the $1,495 certification (a 3-day virtual bootcamp on the Workforce Alignment methodology) before using the platform. The certification fee includes your first three months of full-system access, so your membership starts the day you certify. Certification also gates the ailcn.org directory listing and inbound leads program eligibility.
What does 'fully branded to your firm' mean on Leader?
All client-facing surfaces — diagnostics, reports, proposals, mini-sites, the marketing assets you publish — carry your firm's logo, colors, and contact information. Clients never see the ExpandPro brand on deliverables. On the $495 Active tier, those same surfaces carry the ExpandPro brand.
What is the Certified Workforce Intelligence Advisor™ credential?
A professional credential issued by AILCN after completion of the 3-day virtual bootcamp on the Workforce Alignment Operating System. It's the gate for being listed on the public ailcn.org consultant directory and being eligible for inbound leads routed through the network. The credential is recognized in your profile, in proposals you send, and on the public Resources directory.
What does the 3-day virtual bootcamp cover?
Live cohort training on the methodology end-to-end: the 10 Alignment Signals, the 5 Organizational Health Dimensions, the Contradiction Index™, AI Readiness Touch Points, Workforce Alignment Map construction, Role Capability Blueprints, Learning-to-Performance ROI, intervention design, and the deliverable templates that ship with every engagement. Plus the consulting craft — diagnostic positioning, proposal structure, executive-room language, the BD cadence.
When does the next 3-day virtual bootcamp run?
We run cohorts on a rolling basis. Reserve a seat from the certification section on the home page and the team will route you to the next available cohort during the strategic interview.
Do I need annual recertification?
Yes — recertification keeps the credential current as the methodology evolves. Additional badges for specializations (Startup HD certified, AI Readiness Touch Points certified, etc.) recognize depth in specific methodology areas.
What is the leads program and how does routing work?
Inbound mid-market prospects who reach AILCN through directory searches, content distribution, or referrals get routed to Certified Workforce Intelligence Advisors based on industry fit, specialization, and capacity. Only certified consultants are eligible. AILCN routes deals to you — but you still own the relationship and the work.
Does AILCN bring me clients automatically?
Not automatically. The leads program routes inbound prospects to certified consultants, but you still need to win the engagement on substance. AILCN is not a lead-gen service — we give you the playbooks, the software, the methodology, and a network of consultants who trade deals. You build the book.
Do I keep ownership of my client relationships?
Yes — always. The platform powers the delivery, but the client relationship belongs to you. AILCN takes no share of your engagement revenue — what you bill your clients is yours. All client billing runs through the platform, and each payment carries a flat 9.1% Platform processing fee, deducted from your payout; the client always pays the full invoiced amount.
What if my background isn't HR?
The program assumes you're working in HR, L&D, or workforce / org development. Adjacent backgrounds — executive coaching, change management, organizational development, fractional CHRO work — usually fit. Pure-strategy or pure-tech consulting usually doesn't. The application will tell you honestly which side you fall on.
How much time will this take beyond the bootcamp?
Thirty minutes a day on business development. Half a day a week reviewing your pipeline. One long-form piece each quarter. We don't bend on these — they're the difference between consultants who grow and consultants who don't.
Do you offer refunds?
Platform tiers cancel anytime — no refund needed because there's no long-term commitment. For certification, the first 14 days post-bootcamp are case-by-case. After that, the credential is built around the work you do with the methodology.
How does the ROI calculator work?
Three inputs — seats, average engagement value, and active clients per consultant — produce a directional 12-month outlook against the platform cost. The model assumes a 25% throughput uplift from shared methodology + AI agents, and ~$18K/seat/year in infrastructure replacement savings. Numbers are illustrative; final terms are calibrated during the strategic interview.
How does Enterprise differ from buying multiple Leader seats?
Enterprise adds an org-level dashboard across every seat (single view of clients, pipeline, deliverables, and Contradiction Index™ status firm-wide), centralized governance and role permissions, volume pricing on certification fees, white-label reporting at the firm level, and a dedicated implementation lead. Solo seats stay solo; Enterprise binds them into a firm-wide operating environment.
