FAQ

Common questions, answered honestly.

What's actually in the 60-day program?+
About 60 lessons, one a day, five minutes each. Three lessons cover each of the 10 KPIs and 5 Health Dimensions. Then there are dedicated lessons on assessing AI readiness, how rainmakers actually sell, and how to publish content executives read. Quizzes confirm you're getting it.
How do I get to certified?+
Two things, both required. (1) Finish the 60-day program. (2) Use the playbooks with real clients in actual paid work. Time alone doesn't count — that's why the credential means something.
What if I don't close a paid deal in the first 60 days?+
You stay at the entry tier. The fee buys you access to the program and the software — not the promotion. The good news: the program teaches you exactly how to close that first deal.
How does the deal-share ladder work in practice?+
When you close paid engagements through the ExpandPro platform, your share grows as you advance: 40% at the first paid tier, then 50%, then 60%, then 70% once you're certified. Hold periods (the buffer between client payment and your payout) shorten too — 30 days down to 7.
What's the difference between Fast-Track and Earn-As-You-Grow?+
Same credential, same playbooks, same software, same network at the end. Two real differences: (1) When you pay — Fast-Track is $3,500 upfront; Earn-As-You-Grow is $495 to start with a $3,005 buyout payable anytime as you close paid client work. (2) What's included in the delivery — Fast-Track adds live group workshops and 1:1 coaching from senior AILCN consultants on top of the self-paced 60-day program. Earn-As-You-Grow stays self-paced until you buy out. Both paths converge on the same 40% → 70% deal-share ladder.
Does AILCN bring me clients?+
No. We give you the playbooks, the software, and a network of consultants who trade deals with each other. You still have to build the book. The program teaches you how — that's the point. If you want a lead-gen service, this isn't that.
What happens after Year 1?+
$1,495 a year keeps your access to the playbooks, the software, and the network. Miss the renewal and you get a 90-day grace period before access pauses. The annual fee is what keeps everything updated as the field changes.
Can I use the playbooks with my existing clients?+
Yes. You get full access to the playbooks from day one (Fast-Track) or as soon as you close your first paid deal (Earn-As-You-Grow). Use them anywhere they help — diagnostics, proposals, ongoing engagements, whatever.
What if my background isn't HR?+
The program assumes you're working in HR, L&D, or workforce/org development. Adjacent backgrounds — executive coaching, change management, organizational development — usually fit. Pure-strategy or pure-tech consulting usually doesn't. The application will tell you honestly which side you fall on.
Beyond the 60 days, how much time will this take?+
30 minutes a day on business development. Half a day a week reviewing your pipeline. One long-form piece each quarter. We don't bend on these — they're the difference between consultants who grow and consultants who don't.
Do you offer refunds?+
Before you enroll, yes — if the application says we're not a fit, no money changes hands. After enrollment, the first 14 days are case-by-case. After that, the program is built around your daily cadence with peers, and pulling out creates real coordination problems.
Are there cohorts, or can I start whenever?+
Start whenever. Lessons land in your inbox the morning after you enroll. Quarterly long-form pieces line up on a shared calendar so peers can review each other's work.
What proof is there that any of this actually works?+
We're early — the network is still forming. What we can point to: the playbooks are grounded in real academic research, not LinkedIn opinions. The rainmaker behaviors come from peer-reviewed studies of consulting partner outcomes. As more consultants run engagements through the platform, we'll have shared benchmarks no solo consultant could cite. We claim the architecture today and the numbers as they show up.
