Membership Agreement.

Plain-language summary of what every AILCN member agrees to at enrollment. Together with the Standards of Conduct, it defines the binding terms of membership.

Draft for review. The finalized, legally-binding Membership Agreement is published before the 2026 application window opens. Material terms (the $1,495 certification fee, the monthly membership fee, the flat 9.1% Platform processing fee, and the platform billing policy) are final and won't change.

  1. 1

    Membership grant

Approved applicants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AILCN methodology, the ExpandPro platform, the AI helpers, the AILCN brand assets defined in the Standards of Conduct, and access to the member community and Deal Exchange Board. Membership is personal and tied to the individual consultant — not assignable to a firm, partner, or employee.
  2. 2

Certification — required to use the platform

Every consultant must be certified to use the platform. Certification is a one-time $1,495 fee covering the 3-day virtual bootcamp on the Workforce Alignment Operating System. The certification fee includes the member's first three months of full-system (Leader-level) platform access — membership begins the day the member certifies. The credential activates the Find-a-Consultant public listing, eligibility for inbound lead routing, the Certified Member badge, peer-review eligibility, and contributor status for the Annual State of Workforce Alignment Report.
  3. 3

    Monthly membership fee

After the three included months, membership continues monthly, billed in advance, with no long-term contract. The default tier is Leader at $995 per month — the full-system stack. A member may downgrade to Active at $495 per month, or arrange custom Enterprise terms for a multi-seat firm, at any time from the billing portal. A member may also switch tiers up or down as the practice scales.
  4. 4

Engagement revenue — 100% to the member

100% of every Workforce Alignment Assessment, Strategic Alignment Engagement, advisory retainer, course, workshop, platform subscription, and other client engagement the member delivers belongs to the member. AILCN takes no revenue share — not in Year 1, not in any later year. The platform earns from membership and the processing fee described below, never from a share of the member's work.
  5. 5

    Platform processing fee

Payments collected through the platform's billing rails carry a flat 9.1% Platform processing fee, deducted from the member's payout. The fee covers card processing, automated payouts, escrow handling, and consolidated reporting. The client always pays the full invoiced amount — the fee is never added to the client's invoice — and the fee is the only way the platform participates in engagement revenue.
  6. 6

    Platform billing

Members agree that client platform subscriptions, monitoring services, recurring billing, and platform-routed engagements process through the ExpandPro infrastructure. Centralized processing is what enables automated payouts, consistent reporting, and the anonymized benchmark intelligence that compounds across the network as it grows.
  7. 7

    Use of methodology and brand

Members are licensed to deliver client work using the Workforce Alignment Operating System and to represent themselves as AILCN-certified, subject to the Standards of Conduct. The methodology, the platform code, the AI helpers, and the AILCN trademarks remain the property of Exitou, Inc. / ExpandPro. Members may not white-label, re-license, or resell the methodology or platform.
  8. 8

    Termination

Membership may be terminated by the member at any time with 30 days' notice. AILCN may terminate membership for: non-payment, breach of the Standards of Conduct, methodology misuse, client harm, or other material breach. On termination: platform access ends, the Find-a-Consultant listing is removed, and the Certified Member badge is revoked. Engagements in flight at termination are completed in coordination with AILCN to protect client continuity.
  9. 9

    Privacy and data

Member and client data is handled per the ExpandPro privacy policy. See expandpro.ai/privacy for the full terms. Anonymized, aggregated client data may be used to compute industry benchmarks and contribute to the Annual State of Workforce Alignment Report.
